As principal of the firm, Brad is a registered Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering in ten (10) states: California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Washington, Florida and Michigan.

He is a graduate Mechanical Engineer with over twenty-seven (27) years of engineering experience throughout the United States. He has experience in all aspects of mechanical engineering including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems design.

His experience has included a wide range of high and low rise commercial and residential projects, institutional projects, and he is proficient in Auto-CADD, Micro Doe 2.1C, Trace Ultraload, and numerous other computer programs/languages. He is a LEED Accredited Professional certified by the Green Building Certification Institute.

Mr. Severson is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE), and the NFPA.

Gilbert Dilanchian, P.E. comes to the firm with over 20 years of experience in the fields of HVAC and Plumbing design/installation, management and senior engineering.

Experience profile encompasses project design and coordination, construction /installation. He plans and selects the most cost effective appropriate HVAC and Plumbing systems for building design of commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential projects.

Typical projects are retail, office, places of worship, private schools, theaters, restaurants, multi-family apartments /condominiums, Central Plant design and high efficiency variable flow mechanical systems.

Gilbert is presently licensed in California, Iowa, Illinois, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin. He is currently a candidate for Platinum certification as a LEED AP.

Shane M. Foster has been in the electrical design and construction industry for over 30 years.

He is a registered electrical engineer in California and is an I.C.B.O. Certified Electrical Inspector. He has been the Senior Electrical Plan Examiner for PC Associates responsible for all electrical plan and code reviews.

With a BS in Electrical Engineering, his experience is spread through the fields of design and installation of electrical systems including 12KV infrastructure replacements, numerous school additions and modifications and retrofitting of more than 20 high rise buildings in Los Angeles for emergency generators and lighting systems.

Has been involved with projects such as hospitals, airport runway lighting vault upgrade, Code reviews for hospitals, hotels and prisons as well as Forensic analysis and reports for several court cases.

Experience in all aspects of electrical engineering – the design of lighting, power, security, fire alarm/life safety, high and low voltage and communications systems, design through construction.

Shane M. Foster is a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and a I.C.B.O. Certified Electrical Inspector.

Artin Oshian has been in the electrical engineering design and construction industry for over 10 years.

With a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, his experience is spread through the fields of design and installation of electrical systems including medium and low voltage power distribution systems, lighting, power, fire alarm/life safety and controls. He is a registered electrical engineer in California.

License No. E-21460

He has been involved with projects such as hospitals, schools, residential, high rise buildings and tenant improvement projects. Industrial projects such as commercial and industrial plants, oil refinery, petrochemical, and waste water treatment projects are other fields of experience.

Artin Oshian is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and UCI Alumni.

Steve is a mechanical and plumbing designer with over 12 years of experience in the engineering field including HVAC and plumbing systems design, estimating and specifications.

His experience encompassed various types of facilities which includes schools, residential, commercial, restaurants, health care, office buildings and hotel design. He is proficient in AutoCAD and other computer programs.

He has strong knowledge of DSA requirements and city and state requirements. His project experience also includes site investigations, and construction administration.

Charles Jones is a project mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design.

He brings invaluable REVIT experience to the firm.

Cliff is an Electrical Design Engineer with over thirty (30) years of work experience in the electrical engineering and construction administration fields.

His project involvement lies in the electrical engineering /design field in the states of California as well as Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Washington.

Aspects of design are of lighting, power, security, fire alarm/life safety, high and low voltage and communications systems including site investigations, specifications, and construction administration in conjunction with developers, contractors, corporations and school districts throughout Southern California.

Andre Shahbandari is a HVAC and plumbing engineer with over 19 years of experience in design work.

He has been with the firm for more than 12 years.

Neil Longbrake is a senior plumbing designer with over 35 years of experience in plumbing design and drafting.

His experience brings invaluable quality to our firms design work.
